Our roofing system adopts a patented foaming structural design, providing superior thermal insulation, acoustic performance, and long-term weather resistance. The closed-cell foam core is evenly distributed through high-pressure injection technology, forming a rigid, lightweight composite layer that maintains excellent dimensional stability under extreme environmental conditions.

With 100% weld seam pass rate and a production capacity of up to 60 units per hour, the system ensures high-quality, high-speed, and reliable manufacturing performance for every project.

All our wall and roof color steel sheets use aluminized primer and multi-layer polyester staving varnish, providing a durable finish with a service life of up to 15 years. The entire structural frame is hot-dip galvanized and coated with zinc-rich epoxy paint for enhanced corrosion resistance, using high-strength Q345 steel to ensure long-term stability. The system features organized surface drainage, capable of efficiently collecting rainwater in arid regions while preventing leakage issues. Container house beams also adopt high-strength galvanized Q345 steel, improving overall structural lifespan and achieving 35% steel savings through optimized engineering design.

Advanced Alu-Zinc Coated G550 Frame with ±0.5 mm Accuracy

The frame is designed using New Zealand CAD standards, enabling precise automatic bending, cutting, and punching with a consistent accuracy of ±0.5 mm. All structural components are manufactured from G550-AZ150 high-strength steel, featuring a full aluminized zinc (Alu-Zinc) protective coating for superior corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and stable performance in harsh environments.

Integrated Modular Light Steel System for Faster On-Site Installation

The light steel keel adopts a C + C combined structure, providing higher rigidity and improved load distribution for modular buildings. All wall cladding panels are manufactured entirely in PTH, ensuring consistent quality and precise fitment. The modularization process in PTH includes pre-assembling the steel structure, installing the wall cladding, and pre-setting the electrical and plumbing pipelines, allowing the modules to arrive on site in a nearly finished state. This greatly simplifies on-site work, reduces installation time, and enhances overall construction efficiency while maintaining stable structural performance.
