1.Design capacity:
At present, there are about 12 engineers of designing and researching. Among these people, 3 of them are national registered construction and structure engineers and 3 of them are senior engineers, forming an experienced and skilled professional team. We provide our customers with buildings for industry, business, public and personal use under the guidance of reliable, comfortable and economic theory.
2.Production capacity:
LUTUO production base has advanced equipment and first-class processing and production line. Our annual production of buildings is over 50,000 square meters. The strong production capacity enables LUTUO to become the leader of scale production in the industry.
3.Construction capacity:
LUTUO has several national registered first or second class architects, who are able to provide onsite technology guidance and construction management. We provide dynamic management and technical teams for project installation. We enhance installation quality ourselves and make project installation into one of our core competitiveness based on project installation management.
4.Precise project management capacity:
Using precise management and risk control and bearing safety and economy in mind, we put forward reasonable, economic and safe construction plan. We strengthen site construction management and finish in time the construction task with quality and quantity ensured under the premise of security. We introduce BIM building information for efficient management and have hence achieved significant economic and social benefits.
So, before the order we need to get all the main information of the project and then make the free design.
Once we confirmed the order, we provide the detail production drawings for final confirmation by customers.
During the production, our QC team will inspect the production process everyday and take the photos as much as possible for customer's checking.
When the order is finished the production, we will arrange the loading the shipping as per the customer's requirements.
Provide detailed installation instructions, make sure all workers even the ones without any construction experience can understand and follow our instructions to finish the installation. We also can send our engineer to help and guide the installation.
