Steel Structure Engineering Test Standard
1. Construction
1.1 The detection and accounting of the long ratio of the steel structure rod can be determined according to the specifications of section 6.4 of this chapter.
1.2 The connection of the steel structure support system can be detected in accordance with the provisions of section 6.3 of this chapter; the size of the support system component can be determined in the provisions of section 6.4 of this chapter; verification or assessment shall be verified or evaluated in accordance with the design drawings or corresponding design specifications.
1.3 The generous ratio of the cross section of the steel structure component can be determined in accordance with the regulations of section 6.4 of this chapter, and the correlation of the section of the component is calculated, and the calculation should be performed. The design drawings and related specifications should be evaluated.
2. Painting
2.1 The quality of steel structure protection coatings shall be detected in accordance with the current national relevant product standards.
2.2 The rust removal level on the surface of the steel can be determined by the current national standard "Correction level and rust -removing level" specified in the GB8923 specified by the current national standard.
2.3 The thickness of the coating of different types of coatings should be detected by the following methods:
1) The thickness of the paint film can be detected by the paint film thickness meter. The number of sampling inspection components should not be less than the minimum capacity of the Class A detection sample in this standard table 3.3.13, and it should not be less than 3. Each value is the average of the thickness of the dry paint film with a test point of 50mm pervasive.
2) The thickness of the thin fireproof coating coating can be detected by the coating thickness determination. The measurement method should comply with the provisions of the CECS24 CECS24 of the "Steel Structural Fire Preventing Coating Application Technical Regulations".
3) The thickness of the thick fireproof coating coating should be tested and the steel ruler should be used. The measurement method shall comply with the provisions of the CECS24 of the "Steel Structure Fireproof Coating Application Technical Regulations". The thickness and deviation value of the coating shall be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specifications" GB50205. 6.7.4 The appearance quality of the coating can be tested and evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the GB50205 of different materials in accordance with different materials.
3. Steel grid
3.1 The detection of steel mesh can be divided into projects such as bearing capacity, welds, size and deviations, unevenness of rods, and deflection of steel mesh.
3.2 The inspection of the bearing capacity of the steel mesh welding ball nodes and bolt ball nodes shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the JGJ78 of the "Grid Structure Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard". For existing bolt ball nodes, you can take out the nodes from the structure for the extreme bearing capacity of the node. When intercepting the bolt ball node, measures should be taken to ensure structural safety.
3.3 Welding seams in the steel mesh, which can be detected by ultrasonic detection. The detection operation and evaluation should be based on the "Welding Ball Nodes Steel Film Welding Ultrasonic Detective and Quality Holocating Method" The requirements of the welded ultrasonic detection and quality classification method "JG/T3034.2 requirements.
3.4 The appearance quality of the weld in the steel grid shall be detected in accordance with the requirements of the GB50205 of the "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance".
3.5 The detection of welding balls, bolts, high -intensity bolts, and pole deviations, the detection method and deviation allowable values shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "Grave Structural Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard".
3.6 The wall thickness of the steel mesh steel pipe rod can be detected by ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument. The decorative layer should be removed before the test.
3.7 The unevenness of the rod axis in the middle of the steel mesh can be detected by the pull line method.
3.8 The deflection of the steel mesh can be detected by a laser rangefinder or a level instrument. The number of measuring points in each semi -span should not be less than 3, and there should be 1 testing point across. 1M.
4. Structural performance solid load test and dynamic test
4.1 For large -scale complex steel structure systems, non -destructive solid load tests can be performed in situ, and structural performance is directly tested. Structural performance solid load tests can be performed in accordance with the provisions of Appendix H in this standard. Canadian coefficients and judgment principles can be determined in accordance with the provisions of Appendix H.2, and appropriate adjustments can also be made according to the specific situation.
4.2 When there is a doubt about the bearing capacity of the structure or component, the prototype or foot -ruler model load test can be performed. Tests should be entrusted with specialized agencies with sufficient equipment capabilities. Detailed test solutions should be formulated before the test, including test purposes, selection or production of test parts, loading devices, measuring points and testing instruments, loading steps, and evaluation methods for test results. The test scheme can be formulated according to the Appendix H, and the consent of all parties should be passed before the test.
4.3 For large -scale important and new steel structure systems, actual structural power tests should be performed to determine power parameters such as structural self -vibration periods. Structural power tests should comply with the provisions of this standard Appendix E.
4.4 The stress of the steel structure rod can be detected according to the actual conditions or other effective methods.
