Packaging & Shipping

 

We use steel pallet to package, it is easy to load and unload! All the material are to be packed into the loading pallet, and use 40ft HQ shipping container for loading.

Q1. Are you manufacture factory or trading company?

We are manufacture factory located in Hangzhou city, Which is about one hour by train from SHANGHAI city. And you are welcomed to visit us at any time.

 

Q2. Can you send engineers or whole team to install my project?

We will give the detailed installation drawings and pictures for free, even we will take some video for your checking. Once you need us to send our engineers for guiding at the local site, it should be at your cost.

 

Q3. What is the payment terms?

T/T - 30% deposit in advance as deposit, the 70% balance before shipment.

 

Q4. What is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on order quantities. Normally speaking, the delivery time is 35 working days after receiving the deposit.

 

Q5. What kind of items do you mainly produce?
